CSEW Events to Be Live on ESPN App
2020 games to be shown on the Worldwide Leader!
Corrigan Sports Enterprises is excited to announce a new agreement with ESPN for the STX Capital Cup, Junk Brands Champions Cup and Brine Presidents Cup Presented by New Balance. At each tournament, CSE will be implementing “THE SPOTLIGHT GAME”.
SPOTLIGHT GAMES:
- (1) match-up per tournament, exclusively for the 2021 graduation year
- Determined by vote: Each head coach in the 2021 age division will vote for the (2) teams that deserve the honor to participate in the Spotlight Game
- Coaches can NOT vote for their own team
- Games will be shown LIVE on the ESPN App and later air on ESPNU (*Presidents Cup TBD with programing*)
- Spotlight Games will be played at nearby high schools
- All athletes will be welcome to attend the games. Our goal is to create a vibrant “Friday Night Lights” atmosphere!
CSE also announced that all athletes competing in the girls lacrosse tournaments will receive free film, a tremendous bonus in the year of COVID-19. Player film will also be given to every college coach in the country free of charge, through partners First Scout Productions and NCSA.
